Oeko-Tex Panamá stripes

Muslin cloth is a light, soft, draping and airy fabric made from two bonded layers, sometimes also called double gauze or bambula. It has a characteristic wrinkled appearance so it is ideal to take on a trip. It can be washed perfectly in the washing machine but it is better to let it dry on a flat surface and do not use tweezers. You can iron it but it would lose its wrinkled effect that would of course come back when you wet it again.

Due to its characteristics it is ideal for dresses, blouses and dungarees in summer. It's also great for making baby clothes or accessories and swaddles or blankets.

Tips:

Use a universal needle and sew it with a long stitch. Do not stretch it when sewing so that the fabric does not pierce.

Wash all fabrics before cutting and sewing, as they are natural fibers they tend to shrink up to 5%.

The ideal is to wash the fabrics at 30º without fabric softener and not to use the dryer. Protect fabrics and the environment!

So that you can enjoy our printed fabrics for a long time, we recommend that you wash them inside out once they have been sewn.
